How to take part
EnrolL IN THE CHALLENGE:
● STEP 1: Subscribe to or update your Slay App!
● STEP 2: From 20th April Slay Members can Enrol in the Summer Slay Challenge on the Slay App
● STEP 3: Pick either the Home or Gym Challenge guide and keep your eyes on the countdown clock
ONCE THE CHALLENGE BEGINS:
● On May 2nd when the countdown hits 0 the guides are unlocked and ready for you to start!
● Start your chosen guide any time after the start date, and follow it alongside thousands of Slay Sisters!
● Tag @theslayapp and use the hashtag #SummerSlayChallenge for the chance to be featured on our socials!
About This Challenge
Kickstart your summer and become your most confident self with the Summer Slay Challenge! Taking place over 4 weeks, and for the first time ever, everyone enrolled will be doing the same guide! Choose to train at home or in the gym with workouts combining strength training and cardio to get you feeling your best, inside and out. Let’s get it ladies!
